The short version: First Move does not collect, store, or share any personal data — ever. No accounts, no tracking, no internet required. Your privacy is protected by design.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how First Move ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our iOS application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

First Move is an iOS app that helps users generate conversation openers and simulate dialogues. The App has two features: the FM tab (generate openers for Online or Real Life situations) and the Explore tab (browse openers by environment such as gym, street, dating app, or direct chat). The App does not require an internet connection to function, and no data leaves your device.

By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Section 02

Information We Do Not Collect

First Move is built with a zero-data philosophy. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

Name or identity
Email address
Phone number
Location data
Device identifiers
Usage or behavioral data
IP address
Any personal data whatsoever

There are no servers, no databases, and no backend infrastructure that receive or process data from your use of the App. Everything stays entirely on your device.

Section 03

No Tracking

First Move contains no analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking libraries of any kind. Specifically:

  • No analytics platforms (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude) are integrated
  • No advertising networks or attribution SDKs are used
  • No crash reporting services that transmit data off-device are included
  • No cookies or persistent tracking identifiers are set
  • No third-party SDKs that collect or share user data are bundled in the App

We have no visibility into how you use the App, what situations you enter, or what openers are generated. That information exists only locally on your device.

Section 04

No Internet Connection Required

First Move works entirely offline. The App does not make network requests to external servers. All content — including openers, conversation simulations, and Explore tab material — is bundled locally within the App and does not require or use an internet connection.

Because no network communication occurs, there is no possibility of data being transmitted to or from our servers (as there are none).

Section 05

No Account Required

First Move requires no registration, sign-up, or login of any kind. You do not need to provide an email address, create a username, or authenticate through any third-party service (such as Apple ID, Google, or Facebook).

The App is fully functional from the moment you download it. There is no profile, no account, and nothing to delete — because nothing is ever created.

Section 06

Children's Privacy

First Move is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App's content is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected from any user, no data is collected from children either.

Section 07

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically.

Because we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify you of changes directly. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
